Pigs are naturally social animals and are susceptible to stress. Raising pigs in confinement on conventional farms can lead to highly-stressed pigs.

Pigs living in unsanitary conditions are at higher risk of becoming ill, requiring a regular dose of antibiotics mixed into their feed. The overuse of antibiotics can lead to a plethora of health issues due to the pig developing antibiotic-resistant pathogens.

Our pigs live a stress-free and happy life, spending their day rolling in dirt, mud, and grass, foraging, and roaming freely in pastures and woodlots. They are able to socialize with each other, and have constant access to food, water, and shelter.
